Losing fat is not that hard. Let me show you.

Let me tell you now that I'm not an expert at all. Just an ordinary guy losing weight the right way without any products purchased or some miracle shit. I'll post my opinions here on some topics when I feel like it and feel free to comment and ask questions. At my worst I was 270lbs and in 2011 I lost 45lbs. This year I gained 15lbs when we visited my family so this is a new beginning. My goal is to be at 10%BF. See my Progress link for my weight loss so far.
