Just an ordinary guy losing weight the right way without any products purchased or some miracle shit. I’ll post my opinions here on some topics when I feel like it and feel free to comment and ask questions. At my worst I was 270lbs and in 2011 I lost 45lbs. This year I gained 15lbs when we visited my family so this is a new beginning. My goal is to be at 10%BF. Have to get down to 215lbs more or less to be 10% body fat. That is if I can manage to keep my lean body mass and not lose a lot of muscle from being on a calorie deficit. I don’t have experience with gaining muscle on a calorie deficit but I hope it’s possible. Lifts are going up and making progress in the weight room so that must mean that I’m either just getting stronger or that I’m actually gaining a little bit of muscle, or holding onto what I have right now. &lt;p&gt;Before photos. The semi naked ones are my photos taken on Jan 1st 2011. The other ones are random from when I was a fat ass.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You might not think I look fat, but I’m 6’4” so it’s nicely distributed. :D&lt;/p&gt;
