Current progress as of now. Have to get down to 215lbs more or less to be 10% body fat. That is if I can manage to keep my lean body mass and not lose a lot of muscle from being on a calorie deficit. I don’t have experience with gaining muscle on a calorie deficit but I hope it’s possible. Lifts are going up and making progress in the weight room so that must mean that I’m either just getting stronger or that I’m actually gaining a little bit of muscle, or holding onto what I have right now. Who knows.
